How to achieve goals – Think

First Step: Think

Reality is first created in the mind. In fact, everything we created in our life (Positive or Negative) is initially a mind manifestation. The mind is so powerful in that sense, that we can literally achieve anything we want by just focusing on it. However, in most cases we are controlled by our mind, telling ourselves stories: I’m not good looking enough, its hard to make money; I can never get this relationship, this house, this career, this life…This are simply BULLSHIT stories we keep telling ourselves. So The first step would be to Reclaim the Ownership of our Mind.

1. Plan - Make a list of three things you REALLY want, goals you want to achieve that are most important to you. (E.G Relationship with great women, financial freedom, healthy body). Come from a place that anything is possible and don’t focus on the “how” at this stage. (Note that the bullshit stories you're telling youself on regular basis are usually the things you want to achieve)

2. Prioritize - From the list items you have just created, think very carefully on what is most important goal you want to achieve at this stage of your life. Something you want so badly which you know that will help to fix other areas as well. Mark it down - This will be your main focus in your life for the next few months. Prioritize the other two. They will be secondary goals.

3. Visualize - exactly what you want, The precise end result... Do not focus on any obstacles but on perfect world situation. For each goal, write it down and make a list of three attributes (E.g Relationship - A partner energetic full of life , honest, independent, etc). Promise yourself to NEVER compromise on those three attributes. If you compromise, it will have its toll in the long run. You will loose time and more important energy.

4. Imagine how your life will look like if you don’t achieve what you set out to do. What would you tell your young self in 20 years from now? would you tell yourself to spend more time with your loved ones? find a more fulfilling career full of passion? Treat your body as a temple? Work harder? Waste less time? This will be the core of your motivation. Think of you in 20 years from now and remind yourself of those questions on a regular basis. Now its the time to achieve what you can.

5. Commit - Put a time line on all items. Without it, you will never feel the urgency needed for all the changes you’re going to do in your life. This is one of the most important elements which is usually overlooked by others. You MUST have a sense of URGENCY. Now go and tell your closest friends what you're going to achieve.
